Session date and time are secured with a 50% Retainer applied toward the total.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
MODEL RELEASE & USAGE:
By booking a session, clients grant Joe Portra a limited license to use resulting images for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes, including but not limited to website and social media platforms, unless a signed model release specifying otherwise is arranged prior to the session.
RETAINER & PAYMENT:
A retainer fee equal to fifty percent (50%) of the total session fee is required at the time of booking and is non-refundable. This retainer will be applied toward the total session fee, with the remaining balance payable on the day of the scheduled session. Payments may be made via Venmo or Zelle. Delivery of any photographic images is contingent upon receipt of the full outstanding balance.
ADDITIONAL IMAGES:
Retouched images beyond those included in a session package are available at $35 per image. This rate applies consistently across all sessions, including customized bookings.
HAIR & MAKEUP:
Hair and makeup are not included in the session fee unless otherwise arranged in advance. Clients are expected to arrive camera-ready, or may coordinate their own hair/makeup artist at their own expense.
RESCHEDULING:
Rescheduling of a session must be requested no more than five (5) calendar days prior to the originally scheduled shoot date to avoid forfeiture of any payments made. In the event of late arrival or early departure from a scheduled session, full payment remains due and non-refundable. Should you anticipate a delay in arrival, you are required to notify us immediately. Additional time may be accommodated on the day of the shoot at our discretion and subject to availability; however, such accommodations are not guaranteed.
COPYRIGHT:
All images produced during your session are the exclusive copyrighted property of Joe Portra. You are granted a limited license to use the images solely for personal promotional purposes, including but not limited to your website and social media platforms. Any alteration, modification, editing, or application of filters to the images is strictly prohibited without the express prior written consent of Joe Portra. This restriction is established to maintain the quality, integrity, and artistic vision of each image.
MINORS:
Clients under the age of eighteen (18) must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the session, and require signed parental/guardian consent prior to booking.
