​​​ADDTIONAL INFORMATION

FOR ALL BOOKING INQUIRES:

Kindly provide your full legal name, including both first and last names, accompanied by a brief description of the project in question.

RETAINER & PAYMENT:

A retainer fee equal to fifty percent (50%) of the total session fee is required at the time of booking and is non-refundable. This retainer will be applied toward the total session fee, with the remaining balance payable on the day of the scheduled session. Payments may be made via Venmo or Zelle. Delivery of any photographic images is contingent upon receipt of the full outstanding balance.

 

RESCHEDULING:

Rescheduling of a session must be requested no fewer than five (5) calendar days prior to the originally scheduled shoot date to avoid forfeiture of any payments made. In the event of late arrival or early departure from a scheduled session, full payment remains due and non-refundable. Should you anticipate a delay in arrival, you are required to notify us immediately. Additional time may be accommodated on the day of the shoot at our discretion and subject to availability; however, such accommodations are not guaranteed.

All images produced during your session are the exclusive copyrighted property of Joseph Shiloh. You are granted a limited license to use the images solely for personal promotional purposes, including but not limited to your website and social media platforms. Any alteration, modification, editing, or application of filters to the images is strictly prohibited without the express prior written consent of Joseph Shiloh. This restriction is established to maintain the quality, integrity, and artistic vision of each image.
